Get my situation resolved! ... I placed an order on **********. Order * **********. Order was arriving in multiple shipments. *First of all, even with the pandemic going on, it took a very long time for my first item to ship.*Second of all, of the three shipments that claimed were delivered, I only received one.*I was on hold twice with customer service for over ** minutes. When a representative finally answered, they were dismissive and rude. They claimed that both times (thus far) that my order had been delivered, the delivery person had given my order in the lobby of my building "to customer man". They did this without requesting proof of identification, or calling my number from the call-box outside my building (like all other deliveries are made).*I am an avid online shopper and lived in my building for over * years and have never had a package go missing or delivered to the wrong person.*I am so frustrated and disappointed by this whole experience. I am expecting the final and largest part of my shipment (already * days late from estimated delivery), but my expectations are very low that I will receive that one as well.*What happened to this company? I can see why it is quickly going out of business. The customer service is almost non-existent, and it's pretty obvious they care less about taking care of issues by their last remaining customers.*Will NEVER shop with Macy's again. Total Nightmare.
They come across uncaring and sometimes rude.
Make sure my order arrives and is handed to me by the delivery person. One of the orders I placed is no longer available* we'll see how many are still valid with this supposedly final shipment.
I order a lot online and have ordered many items from Macy's in the past.
I tried everything. I'm done.
