I ordered an birthday e-card for my friends birthday to be sent to her e-mail. I ordered the card on July *th and got an e-mail that it had been delivered* as of the *th she had not received it. Today the **th she get the card on her e-mail. She went to Macy's but they again they would not honor the card. I want my $** put back in my checking account and I am going to report this to the Head Office. I can't even get anyone at Macy's to answer the phone. The order * is********** I am very disappointed with Macy's customer service and the sales person at Macy's.
