Order number [redacted] was placed on May 16, 20, and shipped to the wrong address. Despite attempting to contact Macy's customer service, I have not been able to reach a representative. USPS was unable to reroute the package back to Macy's, leading it to be classified as dead mail. I am frustrated as I have been unable to resolve this issue and receive a refund. Due to these challenges, I have involved my bank in hopes of getting my money back. It would be greatly appreciated if Macy's could expedite the refund process and alleviate this situation.

My daughter, who is currently ill and in hospice care, purchased three bras around May 5th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the bras do not fit her, and she cannot wear them. I do not have a packing slip, only the bras in their original and mailing packages. I wish to return them on her behalf for a refund to her credit card, although I do not have the credit card information. I trust that there should be a record of this order available. I am hoping to assist her family by processing this refund.

Subject: Issue with Order [redacted] I recently purchased a Mikasa Love Story 40-piece set as a housewarming gift for my niece. Unfortunately, one of the dinner plates arrived broken. Despite filling out Macy's online form three times to report the issue, I received automated responses stating that no one had read my submissions. Frustrated, I called Macy's at ([redacted]) yesterday, June 14th, and waited on hold for two hours to speak with a representative. I requested a replacement for the damaged plate, but have yet to receive a follow-up call as promised. Due to the inconvenience and my personal circumstances as an older individual with a niece who has a child with a brain injury, I am kindly requesting a credit for the damaged plate so I can purchase a replacement individually. Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if the shipping costs for the replacement plate could be waived. I am more than willing to provide photos if needed. I am disappointed by the letter I received today dated June 10, [redacted]. The internet Customer Service team is refusing to issue the credit promised to me by Emma, a customer service representative, who assured me of the credit after I explained that I never received the order mentioned in the email from June 8th at 5:13 pm PDT. I made two calls to Customer Service before reaching a representative. The first representative, Orland, on June 9, [redacted], informed me that Macy's claimed to have delivered my order and wished me to enjoy it, but I clarified that the order never reached me. Orland transferred me to another department, providing a non-functioning contact number, [redacted]. After unsuccessful attempts to reach Customer Service, I finally spoke to Emma, who confirmed the credit on June 10, [redacted], with a refund confirmation of $36.62. I am anticipating the credit and will file a formal complaint, including the Better Business Bureau in Dayton, OH. This negative experience has led me to reconsider making any future orders through your service.

I purchased a pair of Style & Co shorts on June 8th. They were sent out on June 10th via UPS Mail Innovations with an expected delivery date of June 15th or 16th. However, they were handed over to USPS in Rochester, NY on June 17th and have not shown any progress since then. The tracking information indicates the package is still in Rochester, but with no movement for over a week, I suspect it may be lost. A UPS representative recommended reaching out to Macy’s for assistance with this issue. I would like to request either a reshipment of the order or a refund.

Order number [redacted] was supposed to be 3-button club room polo shirts for Father's Day, but only received 2-button shirts. I've contacted customer service for return labels but haven't received them yet. I paid $50.97 and would like a refund immediately as the occasion was ruined. I recently bought two gowns from Macy's and I am attempting to return them via mail. Unfortunately, I am encountering issues with their online system for generating a return shipping label. Despite logging into my Macy's account, the orders are not showing up under the "Online Orders" section. When I try to return the items using the order number, I receive a message stating that the order was placed while I was not signed in, instructing me to sign out and try again. This process seems to be leading me in circles without a resolution, even after multiple attempts. I have been unable to find a working phone number to speak with a representative for assistance in obtaining a return shipping label. This experience has been frustrating, and it has deterred me from considering future purchases from Macy's.

I purchased a pair of leather boots a few months ago, but the company sent me the wrong model in the incorrect size and material. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I only recently spoke to a representative who assured me a return shipping label would be sent after my local Macy's store closed. However, the label never arrived as Macy's had discontinued the service. They also charged me more than $50 for boots I didn't choose. Each time I call, I wait on hold for 30 to 60 minutes, only to be disconnected when I try to discuss the issue. Macy's handling of this situation is frustrating, as I do not want these unwanted shoes. I am considering canceling my account due to these errors. I purchased the Auston home collection Pembroke [redacted]-t set and 2 reversible down alternative full/queen. The order number #[redacted] indicated a 2-package delivery. Although I received the sheet set, the down comforters were missing. After contacting Macy's customer service via email on 5-23-[redacted] and not receiving a response, I requested a refund if the comforters were out of stock. Checking my credit card statement later, I found that Macy's had charged the full amount without refunding it. I would appreciate it if the comforters could be sent if available, and if not, I kindly ask for a refund to my Discover card ending in [redacted]. Thank you.

I have reached out multiple times via email and phone regarding the missing items from my April [redacted] order. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. I am a prompt bill payer and have already paid for the missing items. However, I have not been contacted by anyone about this issue. If I do not hear back soon, I will have to consider closing my account. It is important to rectify this situation promptly. The missing items are from order #[redacted] placed on April 18th. Out of the 13 items ordered, only 11 were delivered. The missing items are 3 units of the "Three Star Handmade Table Runners – Flowers" with Web ID [redacted]9. Shipment 2 only contained one item instead of the three that were supposed to be included as indicated on the receipt. The solitary item was delivered on April 27th.

A part of my order was mistakenly delivered to Carmel, Indiana, causing me concern that the remaining items may not arrive at the correct location. Hello, Back in April, I took advantage of a great sale on men's dress clothing and placed an order that got divided into three shipments. The first two shipments made it to me without issues, but I'm still waiting on the last one. Understanding the current situation with the pandemic, I've been patient, but a recent tracking check showed that there was damage reported and that the sender would be notified. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I applied for a Macy's credit card. Despite receiving a pamphlet with my account number, the physical card was never mailed to me. I currently possess a Star Rewards Card. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to visit the store to make my payment of $[redacted].86, resulting in accruing fees. Regrettably, I lacked the knowledge to submit the payment online and found it challenging to obtain assistance from Macy's during the lockdown. Subsequently, I realized I needed to contact customer service for support. I eventually managed to repay the amount owed post-pandemic. I returned 3 blackout curtain panels to the retailer for a refund. Initially, only 1 panel was refunded. After contacting them, they assured me the issue was resolved and that I should expect the refund within seven days. However, after 14 days had passed, there was still no refund. During my follow-up call, they mentioned that the refund was still processing, even though it had exceeded the promised timeframe. When I questioned this further, the representative placed me on hold. Unfortunately, after waiting for 2 hours, I was disconnected. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

Order # [redacted] was placed on June 16, [redacted]. I have only received one item from my order. Upon tracking, it shows that the UPS label has been printed but the second item is missing. Can you provide an update on when the missing item will be delivered? If there is no specific delivery date available, I kindly request a refund for the entire order. Also, I have encountered issues with the automated system regarding the delivered item. It states the delivered item is complete and prompts to press 2 for more shipments, but it only repeats the same information about the delivered item. Thank you, H. Blackwell

I made a purchase on Macy’s website on 07/07/[redacted]. However, upon checking my email the following day, I saw that the order was already marked as delivered on 06/29/[redacted]. Strangely, the package was sent to a different state instead of my home address on file. Despite having my correct address saved on my Macy’s account, I have been unable to contact customer service to address this issue. Now, I am unsure how I can obtain a refund since I never received the package in the first place to initiate a return.

I made an order from Macy’s on July 7, [redacted], and their system shows that the package was delivered the next day, even though I didn't receive it. Strangely, it was sent to a different state instead of my home address. Moreover, the order date shifted from July 7 to June 29. I've been trying to contact a representative to resolve this issue without success. I bought Nike cropped leggings for my wife on June 25, [redacted], and received them on July 8, [redacted]. My wife doesn't like them, so I will be returning them.
