I purchased two gowns from Macy's and want to return them by mail.*There is no chat available now.*Trying to print a return shipping label has been impossible-I sign into my Macy's account. No orders are listed under the "Online Orders" section. When I look up the order number it shows my items but when I start the return the message "This order was placed when you weren't signed in. To submit your return, sign out then look up the order using the order number."*What? I would be going in circles (I tried this and get the same message even after signing into my account.) There is no useful phone number to talk to a live person at Macy's about getting a return shipping label. What is wrong with their system? I won't be shopping or ordering anything from Macy's in the future.
