I think waiting months of not getting satisfaction from your company is unbelievable. Received wrong order, sent back. You never took off credit card bill but did add a late charge after * months. Received nasty gram. Spoke to SEVERAL employees but no one seems to understand what to do even though they say they will fix. Even received call to pay my bill. I have a good credit but your company may have ruined that. Do you think you can do something???????
