I was hoping this incident was resolved however, despite the below (cut and pasted-email response from Macy's saying that this incident would be resolved -it was not) Instead of receiving the denim INC shirt and belt that was shipped to the wrong address-I received a men's pair of jeans-I did not order and cannot get to a post-office to return to you, and an email saying you are sending me Rayban sunglasses-that I did not order and do not want shipped to me (as another item I have to figure out how to get back to you during this Covid-** crisis-when I can't get to a post office) Below is what was told to me by way of email. Can we still have the below resolve to this incident?
