I tried chat many times and could never get help. I called many times to customer service for a live agent and each time when it was transferred to a live agent it was a hang up call. Please contact me at ***-***-****. Thank you Email is *****@***.com********** I received an email that asked if my problem was solved. I responded no. So the ask for a call back number and I gave the above number to them. They sent me a * digit code. I waited ** minutes and then I canceled. Then I tried again and waited a long time with still no response. I would just send the part of the order back that I received but I am afraid if I do that I won't get full reimbursement for the purchase.
GetHuman-jimconni did not yet indicate what Macy's should do to make this right.
