I noticed when I received an email from Macys with the wrong address for this order, that the shipping needed to be corrected. I called-no one answers for customer service, I emailed and was emailed that the shipping address was corrected and my order ********** would be shipped to my correct address **** Yale Court, Wantagh, NEW YORK *****. I then received emails from Macys showing all the items from this order were being shipped to the wrong address (after I had changed the address, was emailed by Macys it was changed, and was emailed this order would go to the **** Yale Court, Wantagh, NY ***** address not an address in MA. I would like this order reshipped to my address . Please correct this error. I am a loyal Macy's shopper and I don't want to have to stop shopping at Macys, This is my fifth email to Macys about your error. Please reship my order ********** to the correct address: Sheri Podell **** Yale Court, Wantagh, New York *****. I understand this is a difficult time for merchandising* however, you are running your online store and I appreciate that, but if you cannot provide your customers with help, (to resolve errors you make) than I should have been told before I ordered anything.
