I placed an order on line **-**-**** Total $**.** *Order ************ * items. The amount of***.** was debited from my account twice. I have*been ordering from Macys*Marshall Fields for*over ** years. This has never occurred in ** years. I spoke to off shore * times and they said*this is normal operating procedure. This has never happened before and I need it to be resolved. I am a senior citizen and I need my money* this order was for Christmas presents for my grandchildren and I still have more to buy.
