Order * ***********Hi,*I was placing the order on line last night and I saw that only * of the * items had the "Thanks" discount on them (same towel set). I called customer service and she said she would create the order for me and give me **% off the last item. Then she said she couldn't do it because the last item (matching bath rug didn't show available so I had to place the order and she would make the correction on the last item to show the discount. Then I noticed that the "thanks" discount had come off the *st three items. She said she would give me **% off the whole order and make the corrections on her end. I was very happy! This was a replacement order for my mom.I had given it to her for her **th birthday last year (ordered from you) and she just lost her home in the Granada Hills Fire last Friday.Then I receive my order. No discount was taken. I called back and talked to a gentleman and he said he would offer a $** dollar credit off the order. I looked for the conformation this morning-nothing. I called up and talked to another lady and she said I could not receive any more discount. I asked to speak to the supervisor. She said she could only give me **% off the last item-not the **% off the whole order. I don't understand why if it was offered to me last night and not this morning. I am so unhappy. Macys has always gone above and beyond to make the customer happy in the past. What happened?**Sincerely,**April Houle**** ***-****
