I purchase a ring from your Savannah Georgia store in August it cost over ****.** dollars the ring lost a set and I had the service plan so they sent to be fit and I asked them to make sure they check the others stones. *The is less than * years and another stone is missing, I talk with a person in your jewelry department and was told they would only take the ring back if it was just like I got it and she would not connect me to the store manager, she said it to early for them to come in than I asked for the corporate office number she did let her talk to her manager*I talk with at least * of your employees and no one know the phone number for the store manager or your corporate number. I been on hold now for ** I didn’t hang up just see how it will take to talk to you store manager in Savannah Georgia*I wanted to exchange it now I want a refund. Never been treated like before *Now let’s see if anyone will answer this issue
