I have been a customer of Macy"s for over ** years, very pleased with service, until now**I have tried to order some items online and i keep getting a message about a TECHNICAL PROBLEM.**I have phoned on * occasions and first call could not understand the operator at all. Second call, explained my situation and he said no problem, I will sort this and get your order out. I told him what I wanted to order, he kept asking me my details, but he should have had this on his computer. *He assured me the items were ordered and there was NO problem with my account. I would receive an email confirming order. Of course, I did not receive any email. I have a $*** gift card to use so went again online and still telling me there is a problem with my account.**My card is ending with **** - C.
