Order luggage on Nov Twenty Sixth **.*UPS Label Created on Nov Twenty Ninth.*Expected Delivery was Dec Seventh.*Called Customer Support, waited ** mins.*Customer Service Representative struggled with the English language.*CS regurgitated info from Macy's website and then said that is all the information available and that I would need to wait.*I asked to cancel the order and was told that was not possible.*I asked to speak to a supervisor and the call was terminated.
Customer Service representatives need to work with the customers.
Provide accurate order status. If they are unable to do that, provide a way to cancel the order and refund the charges.
