I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO MACYS ON PHONE ON LINE FOR OVER A MONTH. I OVER PAID MY ACCPUNT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND REFUND CHECK DID NOT GET IT, THEY CANCELLED IT THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD PUT IT IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHIN FIVE DAYS I GIVE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ROUTING NUMBER HAS BEEN * DAYS DID NOT GET IT. IF I DID NOT PAY MY BILL I WOULD BE OVER CHARGED NO QUESTIONS ASKED I NEED MY REFUND NO ONE ON PHONE CAN HELP OR DOES NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND YOU ARE A BIG COMPNAY WHY CAN'T I GET MY REFUND I OVER PAID MY ACCOUNT I NEED MY MONEY YESTERDAY AND ALL I GET IS LIES OR DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.
