Hello,*I put an order in on Black Friday and according to Macy’s and UPS, it was delivered on the **th of November, ****. I never recieved anything. That night I called customer service and they promised me they would send me a refund becuse I never recieved it. They said I would get my money back into my account in a day to three days. It is now December *th and I have not gotten my money back FOR THE PACKAGE I DO NOT HAVE, and I recieved a letter in the mail saying you are unable to refund me because according to UPS it was delivered. I need my money back or the items I ordered. I am tired of delaing with this issue. You guys are supposed to honor your services, so please honor mine when I tell you for the fourth time that I have not recieved anything and I want a full refund that I was PROMISED when I called last time. Thank you and respond ASAP. If this doesnt get fixed than I’m sorry to say that Macy’s will not be on my list of places to shop now which is a shame because I have had amazing experiences with you guys in the past.
