In August, we bought * sets (* each) of Wing Dining Chairs at Macy's.com. When they arrived and we unpacked them, every chair back and seat had black marks on cream colored fabric. I called Macy's, and they sent out * more pair to see if it would be better. This pair had black marks too. We hired a professional cleaner to clean them. The black marks came back. We had them cleaned again. Now they are OK. It cost me $***.** twice. I would like Macy's to refund me the $*** I spent on cleaning the chairs.
