I returned an online item on *-**-**** and still have yet to receive an refund. When I call I keep getting "you will have it in ** business days." Well it's going on almost * months now. I just want my refund now and Macy's will never have to worry about me or my business again. You can send it to the store and have it applied to a purchase or send it by email.
