This has been a complete and total nightmare. We very frequently shop in your stores and are very brand loyal. My husband was opening an account to purchase me a handbag for my **nd birthday and our **th wedding anniversary and so we called last week for advice and help seeing that there was a promotion in the email that I received for **% off what would become his first order if he subscribe to the text messaging. We could not get any of the website to work and it just kept revolving and restarting and the chat did not work and so finally we called and I told him let's not be afraid to call because years ago when I set up my account and ordered a handbag it was a different promotion Plus at **% executive promotion for staying in our hotel. We are on a tight budget and I have heart and kidney failure and I retired without resources but it is our **th anniversary and my birthday so he thought he would do it. We called and the lady on speakerphone help me to select a hand back and then said I would have absolutely no trouble because it applies to this handbag. We concluded the call and my husband put in ***-***-**** at the place on the ad that said to sign up for text but did not receive any response. We called back and a lady told me just press the send button and enter it and order and it would be reflected not as a coupon but is **% off of his first order. He kept waiting and waiting for a text confirmation and waiting to see that promo code or anything but it never happened but we did it in good faith. This morning we called and a man who could barely speak English kept was on the phone for over an hour and said he didn't understand anything we were talking about there's no such promo code or promotion ever that he would put me through to a department with my husband that was definitely open and he hung up because he knew after he connected me he did not stay on the line to be sure and there Not answering because they are only open regular business hours I have nowhere to turn I made at least ** attempts at the email links that just keep revolving and resetting over and over. This is Costas many hours and heartache and hardship.
