Good Afternoon. I have been having problems on your Home Dadeland store in Miami Florida. I have never deal with such of rule disrespectful people. It has been happened for a while. A few weeks ago i was ready to pay my $*** purchase. The person left to go help someone else when It was my turn to pay. Ok I waited. Them I realized the person when to another register to ring someone else. I asked her if she could call someone else to ring me up. She said to me I would let me just finish to help this customers. SHe had like * people on line. I asked if she could call on the phone. She replied let me finish with all this customers and them I would call someone to ring you up. SHe had the phone next to her. You are telling me you wont just dial to advise your someone else to come help the other register? she made a big face to me and told me. I already told you to wait !! very rule in front of everybody. Them after ** minutes wiating a manager came in. I explained to him the situation. He told me he would addressed to the employee. I asked if the store manager could call me he said yes. I gave my number but never received a call back. It has been a month. Next I go on Memorial day weekend to order a set of silverware a $***. The store sold out because it was on sale for $***. THe lady asked If I like to order I said Yes. Macys had a promotion if you spend $*** you would get $** money. Once she finished placing order I asked what about the $** vouchers. SHe said was not sure. I said why the Magagize said any kind of payment. She again said not sure. I request to speak to a manager to clafiry imforamtion. THe manager came over and advised me the had a new system for regards points and told me dont worry you will get it with your order. I asked sereral times . Are you sure? she said Yes!! dont worry about it. I asked multiple time she said yes to me. I received my order on Monday not vouchers. I called I was told not with online order and because I paid with a gift card I was not to get vouchers. The people on the Macys customer service were very rule as well. They told me I need to speak to store. I asked to be transfer or if they could call for me and help me out because I dont want to repeat my self. I have already spoke to * representatives. They told me no they dont have the Dadeland store number. SHe asked me to get it for her. I said What????????? I dont work at Macys you should have it. SHe got upset and disconected the phone on me. Her name was Angela. Them I went to store I had to wait for ** minutes to speak to a manager becuase nobody was available. Someone named Nancy told me she will give information to Manager to have her call me. Im still waiting at to now. I m sure upset with Macys I dont want to shop there anymore. I spend over $*** a month on your store. All I asked is for people to be professional.
I trust that Macy's will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
