I went ahead and re-ordered them thinking I made a mistake but, sadly no. Macys.com must have run out of the promo but instead of admitting they no longer have the bonus pack they accused me of not correctly ordering the socks. I tried to explain this repeatly for * hours yesterday and today going as far as reordering it while on the phone with Customer service and showing I put the correct item in my cart. Today, I was vindicated when Macys.com changed my purchase from a * pack plus one to just a * pack. So, I call back. You would think they would make it right? Wrong again. Yesterday I would have been satisfied with the * six Macys.com owes me. I told the supervisor, if I was proven right I wanted my purchase credited and I keep the socks. No and nothing other an apology was offered. This bait and switch and fraud. I want a resolution to the egregious behavior of the customer service staff
