Order ***********. I returned * items (one package) via UPS on *-**-**. I received an email confirming receipt and that a refund would be issued for one item. I called and asked why the second item was not credited and was told that it would be handled by a different department and that a refund would be issued separately.**After almost * weeks, I called again and was told that the matter was under "investigation" with inference that the second item may have been lost. If it were lost, it is not my responsibility. **I ordered, paid for, and returned the two items in good faith. It is not a lot of money but it is the principal here. I expect better from Macy's and hope that you will intervene and issue the refund immediately.**Thank you*Marilyn Rogers
