I engaged in an offer from Machine Zone via Tapjoy but was rejected based on invalid reasons stated by MZ. I am unable to reach Tapjoy and request my payment be recognized as I made a purchase on MZ's item. Tapjoy incident #: [redacted]2 Task: Achieve Citadel level 10 in FFXV. I clicked on two offers almost simultaneously, one for reaching power level 100K and the other for acquiring Citadel level 10. Only one FFXV offer can be acknowledged, the most recent one clicked. Despite not noticing this condition initially, as the Citadel offer was the last one I selected and fulfilled, it should remain valid. I devoted significant time and $5 on materials to expedite the completion of this offer, so I believe it should be acknowledged. All requirements were satisfied, even the one that led to my exclusion. Tapjoy's support mechanism was ineffective, hence I am seeking MZ's assistance where Tapjoy could not provide. Thank you.

Dear MZ, I wanted to express my gratitude for the free trial portal to the Dragon War Dimension you provided. However, my DWD alliance member and I are both encountering issues as we are locked out and in need of access to the portal. My alliance member, Countrygal, faces difficulties as she lacks a mobile payment option and access to an Android phone. We are unable to resolve this as the portal has since closed. I believe a giftable portal would be a fantastic solution to our problem. Despite the possibility of acquiring a mobile purchase plan, the offer seems to have vanished. Countrygal expressed her disappointment, stating that no packs are currently offering a portal as promised. While I see various packages priced at $99, such as the Building, Research, and Grand Launch Dragon War Dimension packages, they are beyond what we can afford. Would it be possible for you to offer a more affordable option, such as a $5 or $10 package that includes an unlock portal feature? I have access to Apple Pay, or alternatively, could she make the payment via computer? We belong to different Demigod Dimension alliances but share the same DW Dimension alliance (#[redacted]). Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I am currently locked out of my account as the email address associated with my Play Store account is different from the one linked to the game. I am unable to access the reentry code sent to my old email address as I do not know the password. Despite having my email, password, and PIN code, I am still unable to access my account due to numerous incorrect login attempts. I urgently require assistance to remove the PIN code from my account and resolve this issue promptly. This has been ongoing for three days, coinciding with the purchase of a $[redacted] pack. If this matter is not resolved swiftly, I may request a refund. My contact information is [redacted] and my name is Charles P., with the old email linked to the account being never2mro and the new email being charlespaquin2017, both @gmail.

I reached out to MZ to delete my account, and Shiela Grey assisted me. She assured me that my GOW fame would be entirely removed from the game's map, but this did not occur. A number linked to my Demi and Dragon World accounts was provided. After the supposed deletion, I discovered that my game was accessed. The agreement was to delete the game, which was not carried out. Shiela accessed both accounts and made changes before I was banned from re-downloading the app. Upon my inquiry, the matter was resolved. The fact that my account was accessed implies theft. The number [redacted]09 was associated with my Dragon World account. This situation suggests suspicious activity. I insist on a complete removal from the map or providing login details to recover my game. Given MZ's failure to fulfill my request, this is a fair request. Kindly address this promptly. Thank you.

Our team has not been addressing or resolving issues in Game of War Fire Age efficiently. We have invested significantly in our kingdom and feel let down by the lack of support. Since day one, we have had no monsters in our kingdom despite reaching out for assistance. We are now missing out on a major event due to the unresponsiveness of your employees, causing frustration in Dragon Domain #[redacted]. We have received generic automated responses, like this example: "Hello Ix Brutus Xi, Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue. If you have further inquiries, please open a new ticket. Thank you, Aina Littner" Unfortunately, these responses are not solving our ongoing problems.

I am having an issue with the black market in MyAlliance City. I traded items for copper and used the copper to purchase 54 Goblets of Soul. However, while the purchase is reflected in my account, the goblets are not showing up in my item section or material listings. How can I retrieve my 54 Goblets of Soul that I bought from the black market?

Hello, I have submitted ticket number [redacted]1 and despite receiving 9 responses, I have not made any progress. The latest reply was completely unrelated to my issue. Please review the thread for more details. I am incredibly frustrated about this situation. I've experienced a similar issue in the past, but this time I was unable to connect to the servers for almost 2 hours. When trying to start the game, it consistently froze at 71% during loading. I attempted various troubleshooting steps such as force stopping the GoW app, clearing the cache, and reinstalling. To rule out my mobile device, I even tried installing the app on my niece's Kindle at my sister's house, but encountered the same problem. Is there a problem with my account? I recently purchased the ONE TIME PURCHASE PACK for FINAL FANTASY XV on Saturday, 11-23-19, through my Kindle using an Amazon gift card. Unfortunately, after the purchase, the game glitched and kicked me out before I could claim anything. This has happened to me once before, and Amazon refunded me. I have tried contacting the developers multiple times about not receiving the purchase, but I haven't gotten any response. I would appreciate it if they could acknowledge my issue and respond to me. I came across an advertisement for level [redacted] buildings and decided to purchase the pack. However, upon buying it, I discovered that there was no such material or method to reach that level included in the pack. This was the 8th pack I bought in 3 days, and I planned on buying 10 more to enhance my account before this disappointing experience. It's frustrating to be let down by a company that doesn't deliver what they promise, especially when the purchased pack disappeared right after my purchase. I already spent $[redacted], only to defeat 2 dragons, and was considering investing in more packs to grow my account. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers' requests, particularly in the current climate. I hope you address these issues to prevent driving more customers away. I am experiencing ongoing issues with Machine Zone's game, World War Rising. Essential elements seem to be missing, such as the Story mode and daily glitches that affect rewards and purchased items. I have spent money on in-game boosts, but the game's instability and lack of functionality are concerning. As a war game player, these issues could result in losing progress and expensive assets.
