My lawn mower, which I only used for one season, stopped working on Saturday while mowing. Despite having enough oil and gas, I found a hole in the side near the engine, causing it to be unstartable. Purchased in April [redacted], it falls under the 2-year warranty. The automatic mower model number is 12A-A1BA729. After contacting your company's representative, I was directed to a repair shop in the [redacted] area. However, C&S Repairs mentioned an $80 fee just to inspect the engine issue without looking at it. Given the purchase cost of over $[redacted], I expect repair or potentially replacement for this under-warranty product. As someone not well-versed in repairs, I believe there might be a need for a full replacement. I am disappointed by the quick malfunction of this well-regarded brand. I have the serial number and purchase receipt available if necessary for assistance. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Tracy C.

I received a USED lawn mower from your company that had gas in it and is not running properly. I did not add gas; your staff admitted to putting gas in it before shipping. Now, you refuse to take it back stating I added gas. The front tire is bent, the air cleaner is missing a bolt, and the engine is malfunctioning. The mower lacks speed and stalls easily. Your claim that these issues are in the warranty book is unfair as I was not informed of them and did not violate any terms. I purchased this mower due to health reasons, as I cannot exert myself. As a former mechanic and clergy member, I demand a resolution without involving my credit card company or attorneys. Shipping the mower with gas was illegal and risky for the trucking company. Please contact me promptly to resolve this matter respectfully. Thank you, Rev. Chris H. Floeting [redacted].

I clearly outlined my concerns with the used lawn mower with gas in it that I received from MTD Power Equipment. The machine is faulty with issues like a bent front tire, missing air cleaner bolt, and poor engine performance. Despite admitting to sending it with gas, MTD is refusing to take it back under warranty, putting the blame on me incorrectly. As a former mechanic with health issues, I require a reliable mower, and this situation must be resolved promptly. I expect MTD to arrange a pickup of the faulty mower and issue a full refund to rectify this situation amicably. I value fairness and honesty, and I trust that MTD will address this matter respectfully. The company needs to contact me to resolve this issue without involving my credit card company or attorneys. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution. -Rev. Chris H. Floeting

I recently changed the hydraulic oil in my MTD 5234D tractor but I am facing difficulty in screwing on the bottom hydraulic filter due to a bar obstructing its placement. I purchased the filter from a Cub dealer and confirmed with them that it is the correct filter. Even after double-checking online, the filter is the right one for my model. However, the bar is preventing me from aligning the threads to attach it properly. I even had a small engine repairer attempt to help but to no avail. It seems like a simple issue, but I have been struggling with it for two weeks now.

I am experiencing issues with my Remington RM [redacted] cordless trimmer. Even with a fully charged battery, it fails to start properly more than half of the time. Occasionally, I can get it to start by reseating the battery, but not reliably. I have even had to manually spin the head at times, which only works occasionally. I have another fully charged battery that came with my Remington hedge trimmer, purchased at the same time as the cordless trimmer. When I use this battery in the cordless trimmer, the issue persists. However, both batteries work fine in the hedge trimmer. Although this is the first time this year using the cordless trimmer, it has been somewhat temperamental since I received it, but never to this extent. I would appreciate any insights into what the problem might be.

I have a lawn tractor that is not even a year old and has only been used about five times since I purchased it. Last week, while mowing my large yard, I noticed it was leaking oil and making strange noises before shutting down. Upon checking, there was no oil on the dipstick. I am extremely dissatisfied with this issue, especially considering the $[redacted] I spent on the mower. The store I bought it from is not being helpful, asking me to take it to a repair shop at my own expense. I live only two minutes away from the store, and I am losing faith in the product. I demand a full replacement immediately to address this frustrating experience.

About a year ago, I purchased a Ranger II pole saw, model #RM8EPS which was a new but not the current model year. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues with the chain continuously coming off when in use. Despite spending an hour on hold with customer service without getting through, I am reaching out for help now. I have only been able to make 2 cuts in a row before the chain falls off, causing great frustration. I am hoping to either have this issue resolved so I can use the saw or receive a refund of $[redacted] to purchase a different one. I regret not contacting sooner, but every time I attempt to use it, I resort back to my gas-powered saw. Your assistance in fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated as my wife is eager to have her saw working again, or I risk being in the doghouse!
