I am reaching out from the Bahamas, and I rely on MSN for my daily dose of news and information. However, I have noticed a persistent issue with the website. Whenever there are topics with accompanying pictures, there seems to be a mix-up in the names and images. For instance, a picture of Cindy Crawford might be labeled as Madonna. This error occurs regularly, making it confusing for readers like myself. It is disheartening and detracts from the reading experience. I hope someone can address this problem soon. It seems like a significant oversight for a well-known site like msn.com. I wonder who is responsible for proofreading at this company. Could this be an error on the part of my web service provider in the Bahamas? A Disappointed Reader

I am experiencing difficulty receiving emails from my boss at work. Strangely, when someone replies to these emails in the thread, I sometimes receive a forwarded message of their response with the original message attached. This doesn't happen consistently, causing me to miss important information for months at a time. I have tried marking my boss's email address as a priority sender with a star next to it, but the issue persists. I've even checked with my cell phone company to see if my phone settings could be causing the problem, but they don't believe so. Despite receiving spam emails regularly, I do not receive important memos or information directly from my boss. I'm reaching out for help as I'm at a loss for what to do next. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Recently, I've been actively engaging in discussions on MSN News articles through the "join the conversation" feature. However, I've observed that many of my posts have been removed by MSN without clear reasons provided. Most recently, after trying to share my opinion on Boston's Straight Pride parade, my post was rejected initially and even after a revised version was accepted and well-received by other readers, it was eventually removed by MSN. Upon questioning this action and an alarming message requesting a quick response to avoid losing all my MSN communications, I grew concerned that it might be a scam or virus-related. Despite feeling puzzled, I decided to disregard the message and proceeded to check my account status to find all my recent comments and notifications deleted. To test if I could still post, I attempted on a new article only to discover that I had been prohibited from making any future comments. This censorship feels unjust and a violation of my right to express thoughts respectfully. I'm troubled and seeking advice on how to address this issue beyond filing a formal complaint with relevant authorities. The experience left me feeling like my freedom of expression is being suppressed in an unreasonable manner.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my MSN email account. Every time I try to log in, I am met with a loading circle followed by an error code. This problem occurs on multiple computers, despite following steps to reset my account and change my password as advised. I have attempted various troubleshooting methods suggested by MSN, including calling for support, but the automated system was unhelpful and time-consuming. It is frustrating that this issue coincided with a recent update, which seems to frequently cause problems. The continuous challenges with Windows 10 have led me to consider switching to an Apple device, as suggested by friends. As a furniture maker without IT support, I rely heavily on my email for contacts. The ongoing technical issues and past experiences of file corruption have made me feel dissatisfied with the operating system. Overall, I feel let down by the performance of Windows 10 and see it as promotional leverage for Apple products.

My spouse purchased a Wi-Fi Booster/Repeater on MSN for a discounted price of £39.99. The device received did not match the advertised speed expectations. Despite facing challenges with the setup instructions, I managed to configure it after viewing tutorials on Youtube. Upon further research, I found the same device available on Amazon and eBay for a much lower price range of £9 to $12. The device's performance even resulted in a drop in Mbps speed. Regrettably, the suppliers have been uncooperative, responding to emails with different representatives each time, and lacking a proper company name on the receipts. It appears they might have exploited MSN's platform to deceive customers with substandard products.

My Hotmail account, [redacted], was hacked about a year ago. I've tried numerous times to recover it but the hackers keep getting my codes first and changing them. They stole around [redacted] documents and pictures, as well as about [redacted] passwords. I feel like a prisoner in my own home due to this breach. I urgently need help to regain access to my account. Please contact me through my daughter's phone at [redacted]. I believed that MSN and Google had sufficient security measures in place to protect my account, but unfortunately, I was wrong. I can also be reached through my daughter's email, [redacted] Carrie S. Cooper, born on June 20, [redacted].

I am concerned as only one person seems to have noticed my situation. After experiencing severe hacking, I resorted to using a landline but feel as though I've been transported back to the 60s. I am a single grandmother caring for a disabled child, unable to visit stores anymore due to the hacking incidents. Despite multiple visits to the "engineering building" on Mineral seeking assistance, the issues persist. My service has been compromised, messages intercepted, and conversations overheard. Despite being advised to change my number, the problem is ongoing. Numerous attempts to seek help since February have been futile, and my privacy feels violated. The hackers have infiltrated various aspects of my life, including controlling my electronic devices. It is unacceptable for Century Link to allow this breach of privacy to continue. I demand resolution and call upon the FBI to investigate this matter. Assistance has been promised but not delivered, leading me to consider changing my service provider. Your failure to address this issue promptly will result in media involvement. Please take action immediately to restore my internet access and safeguard my privacy.

It has been several weeks now that I am unable to attach any files to my emails. Feeling frustrated, I am reaching out to your team for expert guidance and a swift resolution. Your timely assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please reach me at [redacted] Thank you, A. Rose

I am tired of all the junk emails I keep receiving. I attempt to block them, but it doesn't seem to work. I have even tried unsubscribing with no success. Shouldn't the block option prevent these emails from coming through? Despite my efforts, I am getting more and more spam. This issue also affects my dad. I am contemplating changing my email address and notifying my contacts, but I'm afraid the problem will persist. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Karen.

I have an email account, [redacted], that seems to be linked to a hidden email address, [redacted] Whenever I send or receive emails, they are being redirected to this unknown address, which is causing delivery failures. The error message indicates that the recipient's domain doesn't exist, and suggests contacting the recipient by other means to resolve the issue. I receive emails at [redacted], but I am unsure why this unfamiliar address is associated with my account. I would like assistance in removing this linked email address to avoid further delivery problems. Thank you, Steve

Hello, I recently made a significant mistake while changing passwords. While doing so, I somehow ended up switching my email accounts. I have both MSN and Yahoo accounts which I have had for a long time. Strangely enough, my MSN emails are now in my Yahoo account, and my Yahoo account seems to have ended up in MSN. This mix-up has left me quite panicked, and I am eager to correct it as soon as possible. For the time being, I can provide you with a temporary Gmail address to avoid any confusion with the email accounts. My main aim is to regain access to my original MSN account and find a resolution with Yahoo regarding this issue. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have had a man email account for approximately 15+ years, and now I have forgotten my email password as I haven't used the account for a while. I also have a Facebook account associated with this email. After finally remembering my password for Facebook, I logged in and tried to make security changes. However, I am unable to complete the security check because it asks for verification through a code sent to either my email or cell phone, both of which I no longer have access to. Facebook sent a code to my email, which I cannot retrieve due to the forgotten password. I am trying to access my MSN email with the address [redacted], which is linked to my Facebook under the name Brad Webb. Please assist me with this matter.

My long-time MSN email account, which we have been paying for, has been compromised. Despite changing the password, unauthorized individuals are accessing and manipulating our emails from [redacted] and [redacted] We received a notification from Experian that these email addresses were involved in illicit activities on the dark web. As a precaution, we have discontinued using MSN email services and would like to cancel our subscription. We request that MSN cease any further charges and provide us with a cancellation confirmation number. Thank you.

Subject: Comment Section Issue on MSN.COM I have been a loyal user of MSN as my go-to news portal for years and I enjoy engaging in discussions in the Comment Sections. Unfortunately, for the past month, I have been unable to view the comment section. After reaching out to spot.im, they provided me with an add-on for my URL which temporarily resolved the issue. However, as of today, I am still unable to see any comments. I was informed that this matter is being worked on, but I am eager to know why I am experiencing this issue in the first place. MSN is my preferred website, and I have verified that my computer is in good condition based on the specs provided to spot.im. I kindly request a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you, M.

I am having trouble accessing my Hotmail account. I am unable to log in or change my password. The account recovery form asks for information I cannot recall, such as my last two passwords (which I have used for a long time) and the location where I opened the account (California, but I cannot remember the zip code). I can provide details like where my mother was born, but the form does not ask for this relevant information.

I have recently emailed MSN regarding the consistent issue of not being able to read articles on the website. I included a print screen to show how text is grayed out, requiring one to click on "continue reading" to access the full article. This inconvenience happens repeatedly throughout the day, despite the supposed 24-hour access. Opening multiple article tabs makes this exercise frustrating. This problem is new and needs to be addressed as it never happened before. It is perplexing why this obstacle now exists on MSN. I urge them to debug and resolve this issue promptly.

I took a picture of my grandkids using my Samsung Galaxy s8 Android. I clicked on the share icon but sometimes my email address appears at the top of the screen and other times it doesn't. When it doesn't, I click the email icon. An email form opens up, and it seems to be Outlook, but I'm unsure if it's Outlook.com or Outlook Live, causing confusion. After attaching the picture and clicking the "paper airplane" icon to send, a notification from a second Outlook pops up on the screen. Despite having 18 videos and pictures scheduled to stop between 5:09 and 5:44, notifications kept coming between 7 and 9:30 without any new emails. I only received an email with a photo around 4:30 pm from Xfinity support, which was unsatisfactory. I've checked Junk Mail and emptied the folder but can't find the missing pictures. My system is Windows 10 with MS Office and Outlook.com/Live, using Bing/IE browser but recently switching to Google Chrome. I wasn't using any cloud services until recently to back up photos from my laptop and now need to do the same for my phone. I am now using OneDrive.

I signed up with PC Medica [redacted], a computer tech company, two and a half months ago for a $[redacted] three-year plan. Recently, I learned that this plan includes a focus on security. I am having trouble accessing my email account [redacted] I have attempted to reset the password, but I am unable to do so because I created this account approximately 20 years ago and no longer have access to the alternate email address or phone number associated with it. Despite receiving a code to reset my password via my cell phone, entering the code did not work. I have been using MSN since [redacted], originally with Hotmail, then transitioning to MSN, and now to Outlook. As a 72-year-old, all my paperless accounts rely on [redacted] for communication, and I urgently need access to it to manage my bills. I kindly request assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties in receiving emails from specific senders even though they claim to have replied to my messages. I am awaiting a refund from a company for four weeks now. After not receiving a response to my recent email, I called them today to inquire about the delay. They assured me they had replied, but I cannot locate their email, not even in my junk folder. While I was on the phone with them, a lady sent me an email to my email address, [redacted], and an additional one to my alternative email, [redacted] Strangely, I received the email sent to [redacted], but not the one sent to [redacted] Can someone please assist me with this issue? Best regards, James Coldwell
