I am experiencing a frustrating issue with the news page that shows up when I log out of my email. Since about two weeks ago, I can no longer read the stories as the picture and text disappear just as I am about to read them. I rely on this news page as my main source of information beyond my small town due to my work and sleep schedules. I am not alone in facing this problem, and I urge for a prompt resolution so I can access the articles that reporters have worked hard to write. I am eager to read the news, and a fix to this issue would be greatly appreciated. I will be able to tell if it is resolved without the need for an email update.

I have put in a lot of effort into resolving this issue. I have spent hours, sent numerous emails, interacted with customer support, and even had a close call regarding a potential remote access threat from someone claiming to be linked with MSN (although I can't be certain). Despite my best efforts, the password I had saved for my old hotmail account was deemed incorrect. Every attempt I have made to verify my identity, which is essential for my brand's art, has been unsuccessful. Consequently, I am unable to access my original YouTube channel from as far back as [redacted]. It's disappointing that MSN and their customer service team have been unable to offer a solution to this common issue. I feel defeated and have no choice but to give up. Nevertheless, the content on that channel belongs to me – my art, my music, my original creations.

Recently, when using Internet Explorer 11 with MSN as my homepage, I encountered a problem where the homepage functions fine but freezes when I click on any articles, displaying a "MSN not responding" message. Despite resetting Internet Explorer twice after researching how to do it, the issue persists. Fortunately, Google Chrome works without any problems, so I may switch to using it instead. This issue with MSN freezing when attempting to view articles is a recent occurrence for me. I hope it can be resolved soon, as I have limited knowledge about computers. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I am incredibly frustrated by the difficulty I am facing trying to recover my hacked MSN email account. I have been attempting this for two days now, without much success. It is challenging for me to provide the exact date my account was created or recent email addresses as requested due to the circumstances. I suspect my MSN account has been compromised. I receive emails in a language I don't understand asking for password changes or else my account will be closed. I'm concerned this might not be a secure form of communication. I tried reaching out by phone for assistance as a more secure option but found the Customer Support unhelpful, just redirecting me back to the compromised platform. Please close my accounts promptly. I am disappointed with the lack of customer assistance and do not wish to continue engaging with this company.

I need help with a setting in my email account. I was trying to change the label to show the total number of emails in the folder, instead of just the unopened count. While trying to find this setting, the system logged me out and demanded special security information. I tried to get a code to modify this, but it locked me out for a month, which is unacceptable. I must access my email today. Please restore my account immediately. This is regarding my email account [redacted] I will remove all MSN products unless this is resolved today. Please fix this promptly.

Hello, I'm Matthew Ozannan. I opened an email account 16 years ago with the address "[redacted]" I lost access to it eight years ago due to accusations of spamming and forgetting my password. Despite multiple appeals to recover the account, I have been unable to provide satisfactory information. Recently, I discovered that the account is now being used by someone else, even though I have not shared my password. I can accept losing the account due to my own errors, but I am not okay with it being given to another person. Losing that account caused me to lose a significant amount of time, effort, and money. How can we resolve this issue?

I discovered that my MSN email address was being used by someone else on Instagram for the past six months. Despite my attempts to contact MSN and request they inform Instagram to remove my email from the unauthorized account, no action was taken. Recently, MSN placed a one-week hold on the misuse of my email by the Instagram account. However, I was informed that I must now pay a $[redacted] fee to Instagram to verify ownership. I strongly oppose paying this ransom as I am the rightful owner of the email address. I believe MSN should intervene on my behalf and secure a permanent hold on its use without requiring any payment. I have used this email address, which I have held for over 20 years, and there should be no need for further verification.

I am having trouble accessing my account. Every time I enter my account email and password, I keep getting an error message saying they are incorrect. Dear Sir or Madam, I am Boris Khalandovskiy, an MSN Premium subscriber. My email address is [redacted], and my phone number is 1-[redacted]. Recently, I received a suspicious call requesting $[redacted] to secure my MSN account, which I ignored. However, on March 5, [redacted], I found myself unable to sign in to MSN Premium as my access to MSN Explorer and email was blocked. Despite attempts to contact MSN Customer Support, I was unable to reach a representative. The next day, a person claiming to be from MSN informed me that my computer had been compromised by hackers, resulting in the closure of my MSN Premium access. They requested $[redacted] to scan my computer, which I believe to be a scam. I refuse to pay this amount and have already scanned my computer and changed my MSN Premium password, finding no issues. As an annual MSN Premium subscriber, I request that you restore my access to MSN Explorer and email without any additional payment. Otherwise, I will cancel my MSN Premium subscription. I cannot access my email due to location lock. Last year in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, I had no issues, yet now in Georgia, I am locked out. Losing this email is not an option due to its many connections. I have provided accurate answers during the recovery process, including date of birth, mother's birthplace, recent emails, and the country of origin, but it is still not unlocking. I faced a similar situation a decade ago and cannot go through this again. What steps should I take to regain access to my email account?

Hello. I'm Donna Vegh. I'm having trouble accessing my account from Germany as it's been blocked. I've tried numerous times to recover it without success. Unfortunately, during my stay in Germany, Airberlin filed for bankruptcy, leaving me stranded and unable to return to the US as my flights were canceled. This resulted in me losing everything and being evicted from my apartment. I urgently need to retrieve important information from my email related to Airberlin, including booking numbers and flight details from September [redacted] when I received them. The tickets are under the names Danuta Vegh and Laszlo Vegh, for a flight from Ft. Myers, Florida to Dusseldorf, Germany on September 24, [redacted], with a return booking. I have been struggling to reset my Hotmail password. I was prompted to provide an alternate email address to receive a temporary security code. Despite entering this information multiple times and answering my security questions accurately, such as my mother's birthplace, I keep receiving a message from Hotmail stating they are unable to verify. This is puzzling as providing an alternate email address for a security code should verify my ownership of the account I am trying to access. I kindly request assistance from you and your company as I believe in fairness and trust Microsoft to do the same. A few years ago, I purchased a new PC from HP with Microsoft 8 or 8.1. After upgrading to Microsoft 10 for free, I believed the license was perpetual. Recently, a computer expert removed a virus and potentially installed a new system. Despite this, I keep receiving a notification that my license will expire soon. I have the original product key number. Can I reinstall the old key over the new one, and if so, how can I do that effectively?
