I have had my wifes computer subscribed along side with my account for years and confirmed by *MARCH **,****. *My wife is receiving monthly billing debited to her credit card and we are very angry.*QUESTION ???? I THOUGHT THE SUBSCRIPTION ALLOWED ALL COMPUTERS IN THE HOUSEHOLD. *WE NEVER NEVER NEVER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION AS TO "WHAT IS INCLUDED" (small print) in our subscription. How about a DETAILED LOOK AT WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR ALL THESE YEARS.
GetHuman-chezange did not yet indicate what MSN should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-chezange fixed the problem
after wasting the better part of a day calling Microsoft their Robot Menus made me crazy just trying to get to a HUMAN BEING. I ultimately asked from a robotic entity and pushed a number which eventualy got a human person who although I was not in his area of expertise he said he would try to help me. Above and Beyond which deserves a medal. this person explained to me HOW to get someone in the MSN TEAM which he transferred me to a pleasant lady who understood my problem, gave me cogent advice and made me a happy camper. To all out there try to contact GETHUMAN and go from there, I did and was successsful. Good Luck to all. Angelo Nargi, Peabody, MA.
