I am struggling to access my old Hotmail account ([redacted]) as I have forgotten my password. I have had this account since I was 13 and I am now 26. I haven't used it in a while due to switching to Gmail. I have previously reset the password, but I can't remember the current one. I am finding it extremely frustrating to recover my account as I don't recall the security question answer or associated email addresses. The phone number linked to the account is outdated, so I can't receive a security code via text. It's incredibly frustrating, and I just want to access my account. Please assist me in resetting my password. I also have a Skype account linked to this email, and I find it illogical that I can't directly access my email from Skype. Your support in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. My fantasy football season depends on it.

I recently received an alarming email from a hacker who claims to have accessed my operating system and account. They say they've been monitoring me for months after my phone was infected with malware from an adult site. The Trojan virus allegedly allows them to see everything on my screen, activate my camera and microphone without my knowledge, and access all my contacts and correspondence. The hacker even explained why my antivirus didn't detect the malware, stating they update its signature every 4 hours. They threaten to send compromising videos of me to all my contacts unless I transfer $[redacted] to their bitcoin address, which they provided. The email includes instructions on buying bitcoin if I'm unsure. The hacker has given me a 72-hour deadline to pay up or face the consequences of the video going viral. They warn against sharing the message or they'll immediately distribute the video on social media. I'm concerned and seeking advice on how to handle this situation, secure my email and device, and safeguard my data. The hacker's contact details are provided in case action can be taken. Please address this matter urgently as it's distressing. Thank you. Sincerely, Shahnaz Iqbal

I'm seeking assistance from MSN customer service as my HP detachable encountered an issue during a Windows [redacted] update. The device powered off during the update and now displays a blue system auto repair screen upon startup. Despite being prompted to enter a PIN instead of a password, the login process is not completing successfully. I am unable to access my files or reset the password due to the offline status of the device. I'm hoping for guidance on resolving this before HP charges for any service. I prefer direct contact on my mobile [redacted] as I am unable to access my Outlook email due to the ongoing repair issue. Thank you for any help MSN can provide.

I was recently locked out of my shona.b@hotmail email without any notice. Despite attempting to reset the password multiple times, I couldn't recall the old details required by the verification questions. I urgently require assistance from someone who can help with this matter. I have been using this email account for over 20 years and find it challenging to remember the outdated information needed for a password reset. Kindly aid me in resetting my hotmail password at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I am unable to access my old Hotmail address, [redacted] This has been an ongoing issue for a few years. I had allowed a friend to use my account during a move, and I am certain they did not reset or change the password. When I try to sign in, it says my account is blocked due to multiple incorrect sign-in attempts. The options to reset the password are obsolete as the associated email and phone number are no longer in use. Despite trying numerous times to provide my information through the form, it is not accepted. I am unable to recall the specific email I sent to my teacher a decade ago. This situation has also affected my ability to access Skype since my Hotmail is inaccessible. I anticipate multiple log-in attempts, all of which are from me. This has been an issue for almost four years.

I seem to have forgotten the login details for my account. The account belonged to Remilia Scarlet, and the password was possibly related to Patchouli. The account was created before [redacted] but unfortunately, I don't have the account number due to changing residences. I recall receiving emails from Elsword in [redacted] and [redacted] regarding transactions and verification, as well as an email in [redacted] regarding changing the email associated with the account. The emails typically started with Remilia_Scarlet. Regrettably, I don't know the exact birthday I used as I used different birthdays for different email accounts when I was younger. I believe the secret answer might involve the name Benja, but I'm unsure. I hope this information is sufficient for accuracy.

Yesterday, on 01/09/19, I received a notification from Facebook stating that there was an attempt to access my account from [redacted], an email I have not used in years and cannot remember the password for. It seems like someone has hacked into it. I tried to recover the password through Microsoft Account Recovery but it requires recent emails and addresses I no longer have access to because of the inactivity over the years. As a result, the process indicates that I haven't provided enough identification. I would like to permanently close down this account for security reasons.

I am currently locked out of my email account. I have provided all the requested information, including email addresses, subjects, and even specific lines from some emails. The level of detail I have given is not something anyone else would know. I understand the need for security measures, but I urge you to reconsider and allow me access to my account. I have important information stored in my account that I must address and manage promptly. Thank you. Regards, VMBrandom ([redacted])

I am currently sending query letters to literary agents via email, and I have encountered an issue with Outlook blocking my emails due to volume, wrongly flagging them as spam. I need assistance in finding a solution that will allow me to send a large number of emails without triggering spam filters. I prefer not to create a group as it may reveal recipients to each other, which isn't standard practice in the industry. However, I am open to suggestions for alternative programs or methods to avoid the spam alert and reach a large number of agents effectively. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as I have many more emails to send in the coming months. Thank you.

This is a notification I received today. My computer was compromised, and the sender claims to have collected sensitive information and recorded compromising video footage using my webcam. They are demanding payment in Bitcoin to prevent them from disseminating the content. The email contains threats and instructions on purchasing and sending Bitcoin. It also specifies a deadline of 2 days for payment. It is important to address potential security issues on my computer.

On July 30, [redacted], my Hotmail account was hacked by someone from New York using a Mac computer. My email address is [redacted] I've been attempting to recover it without success. Despite trying to enter the old password to change it, the process asks for various information such as name, state, zip code, 2 email addresses I've contacted, subject line, and a verification code to confirm I'm not a robot. After waiting 24 hours, I was informed that I didn't provide sufficient details to regain access to my account. I've had this email address for over 6 years and now I'm locked out of it completely. This is incredibly frustrating because important information from my doctors and bank, including my life insurance details, is linked to this email address. I really need to regain access to it as soon as possible.

I'm having trouble accessing my email at [redacted] The system is flagging it for suspicious activity and is prompting me to verify my identity. However, the phone number linked to the account is outdated, and I can't recall the details of recent emails. This email is essential for my Xbox activities, and I need to regain access. While I remember my current password, I'm unable to proceed past the verification step. I simply wish to surpass this stage to update my information and prevent future access problems.

I've forgotten my Hotmail password again. I require it to download the Vivint security system on my iPhone. While I can still send and receive emails through Hotmail on my phone and computer as I am consistently logged in, I'm unable to download any apps due to the lack of the correct password. Unfortunately, I disposed of the paper containing the password inadvertently. Since I am retired now, I no longer have access to the [redacted] or [redacted] emails. My alternative email to reach me besides Hotmail is [redacted]

The information presented in the article from MSN regarding the Cameroon migrants' experience in Guatemala is inaccurate and misleading. According to the individuals involved, they were not rescued but rather faced mistreatment by the Guatemalan police after a long journey from Honduras. They were unjustly detained and used for a media display, contrary to the story portrayed. It's essential to verify facts and provide a truthful representation of events. It is suggested to rectify this misinformation by conducting further investigations or retracting the article.

I am Miguel Pereira Pinto-Coelho. I used the email address [redacted] back in [redacted]. I have forgotten the password and can't recall the private security questions due to memory issues. A kind gentleman from your department helped me regain access before, but I forgot the new password again instantly. Can you please reset my password with a one-time pin sent to my cellphone? I have important memories in that email account. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

Hello everyone, I have been attempting to access my Hotmail account [redacted] while traveling, but I have been unable to log in. Despite multiple attempts, I cannot answer the security questions correctly due to the account's age. I have a lot of information on the recent emails I have sent and received from various contacts. To regain access, it may be helpful for support to read through my old emails from my time at Otto von Guericke University in Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt, or my emergency communications with Alliance Travel Insurance. My phone number has changed since I last updated it on the account. I last logged in on June 14, [redacted]. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. Thank you, Gordon

My Hotmail account has been disabled since last week, and despite calling Outlook.com support, I haven't found a resolution. When trying to access the account, I receive error messages such as "mailbox unavailable" and "address couldn't be found". I'm unsure why this is happening and how to restore my account. I've been using this Hotmail address for over 35 years, and just wanted to update the alias when this issue occurred. I am confused about the distinction between Hotmail and Outlook.com as per their support. Any guidance on how to resolve this matter would be appreciated.

I created a Hotmail account specifically for college emails to stay organized. I'm not sure how I got signed out, but about a week and a half ago, I was prompted to sign in, and I had forgotten my password. When I tried to reset it, I was asked questions about emails I've sent and purchases made with my Microsoft account. However, I haven't had the account long enough to make any purchases or send emails, as I only planned on receiving college information. Can you please assist me in resetting my password as I'm eager to access the college emails I've been receiving? Thank you!

For the past year, I've been frustrated as I ignored this ongoing issue. I reside in the United Kingdom, having previously resided in Puerto Rico where I set up my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to sign in on any device, including my new laptop, without a required code. Despite requesting the code, I never receive it, making it impossible to access my emails except through the Hotmail app on my phone. It's become a significant inconvenience, and I urgently require a solution; otherwise, I'm considering closing my account.
