Hello MLBB, I have been attempting to access my account under the name "kitty's bui," but I am encountering an issue with the new device verification process. I appreciate the increased security measures, but I am unable to enter the verification code as it is only sent to me via email three hours after the initial attempt. Despite following the in-game suggestions and completing the necessary steps, I have not been successful in resolving this issue. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Yesterday, I received an email from Moonton stating that I needed to change my binding email and account password within 24 hours. At first, I didn't pay much attention to it. However, when I opened MLBB on my phone, I was prompted to do the same thing. I followed the link provided in the email to make the necessary changes. Upon logging in, I noticed significant alterations such as changes in my rank, avatar, tickets, and BP. When I checked the battle history, I realized that the games listed were not ones that I had played. Additionally, my rare skin fragments were depleted in the fragment shop, and my BP and tickets had drastically decreased. Oddly, the game replay list still showed my last played game. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

I believe my account has been compromised by another individual. They have linked a 3rd party email to my account without my authorization. Despite following customer service's instructions, I have had no success in removing the unauthorized email. To make matters worse, I have been logged out of my account and am unable to regain access. Each time I attempt to log in, it is unsuccessful, even after resetting my password multiple times through Moonton. The system indicates my password is incorrect after 5 attempts, prompting me to try again the next day. I am unsure of how to proceed to regain control of my account.

Hello Moonton, My name is Fakhrul. I have been playing Mobile Legends Bang Bang since Season 2 when the epic Chou skin was released. However, I have been experiencing issues with my device overheating and crashing frequently. Despite repeatedly redownloading the package and clearing the cache before playing, the problem persists with each update. Even with low graphics and HD mode turned off, the game maintains a high frame rate and crashes consistently. I have a good network connection using high-speed wifi, but the device, a Vivo Smartphone Y91C, does not seem to support the game adequately. I have invested in [redacted] skins, including epic and legend ones, but playing them in low resolution is disappointing. I dream of streaming my gameplay and joining professional competitions, but my current device holds me back. Hopefully, Moonton Company could consider assisting me with a smartphone that can handle the game's demands effectively. Thank you.

I have been reported multiple times for AFK violations and low performance, but I was actually following my mentor's guidance in the game. I've invested at least $[redacted] in the past two weeks and am dedicated to playing properly. I have screenshots showing my active participation in matches, despite not having the best kill ratios. The deductions from my credit score are unwarranted, and I feel frustrated that my efforts are being penalized. Additionally, I've had trouble finding the correct customer service phone number online, which adds to my concerns. If necessary, I will escalate this matter further, including reporting it to PayPal.

Hello, I recently discovered that my account has been hacked. The hacker linked their VK account to mine and altered my region. Unfortunately, I am unable to remove their account. I have taken steps to enhance security by changing my passwords for Moonton, Facebook, and Google Play. However, the hacker's VK account remains connected, and due to the region change, I cannot disconnect it. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello. I regret to inform you that my account has been hacked. Upon logging into the game, I received a notification indicating that someone accessed my account from a different device. It appears that two ranking games were played without my knowledge and approximately 23,[redacted] battle points have gone missing. I have already changed my password and logged out from all devices using my account settings. Despite these measures, I am unable to log out of a Facebook account that I do not recognize due to an error related to different regions or IPs, despite no changes being made. I am also concerned about the possibility of recovering the lost battle points. If they were used for purchases, I do not require those items. Thank you.

Moonton, could you please address the matchmaking issues? Today, I was matched with lower-level players who kept feeding. Plus, there was at least one Afk player in each game. In one match, we had three junglers. It would be great to have a feature limiting heroes from the same role. Additionally, addressing lag problems is essential as players frequently complain about it. There was also one player who spoke rudely about my family, so implementing measures to address profanity would be helpful, like auto-muting when a bad word is used. Improving the overall gameplay experience with better matchmaking and lag-free matches is crucial in retaining players. I hope you can make these positive changes. Thank you.

Yesterday, my Facebook account was hacked along with my Mobile Legends game account. I managed to recover my Facebook account through email but have been unsuccessful in recovering my game account. I've attempted to contact customer service, but they require a registration date which I cannot recall. I have all the other necessary details including payment information. I need help accessing my game account as I am a regular player. Firstly, every time I play any mode in ML, I can only win 1 to 2 matches per day due to the frustrating matching system. Secondly, every time I have complained to MLBB customer care, for example, a staff member named Shark, they keep insisting that for fairness, I need to wait longer for a team, which seems unhelpful and frustrating. Thirdly, why does Shark need to consider my waiting time when it's about fair matches that match my skill level? Time spent waiting is preferable to battling for half an hour only to lose due to the system's unfairness affecting win rates. Please consider removing employees like Shark who seem unable to grasp player concerns and needs. Thank you.

I need help from Moonton as my account was stolen. I am unable to log back in as the hacker removed all my emails. When I tried to appeal to Moonton, they asked for the first receipt of my initial diamond top-up, which I no longer have. My friend tried to assist by using a different email to top up diamonds, but they ended up in my Mobile Legends account. My last top-up was on 11.2.11 through a diamond top-up agent. I really need assistance to recover my account.
