Hello, I am reaching out about my recent experience with your services. I bought diamonds and got tickets for a party box event. Despite logging out from all devices, the account remains accessible to the hacker through Google Play Games. This situation has resulted in the hacker scamming my friends, creating a concerning issue. I have saved my account emails and Facebook details, with only Google Play Games linked to the hacker's account. I urgently seek your help in resolving this matter promptly by disconnecting all unauthorized devices and accounts linked to my account, leaving only my Moonton account on [redacted]10. I am currently dealing with regaining control of my account after a hacker accessed it. They changed my username and flag previously, and I managed to restore the username. However, I still need to wait two months to regain control of my flag. Recently, upon trying to access my account, I found that all my data had been reset, and the hacker had removed my friends, altered my profile picture and gender, and deleted images from my album. They also played games on my account, damaging my win rate and spending my battle points. I've now secured my account by binding it to all platforms except VK. I seek assistance in reverting my gender and profile picture changes and recovering my battle points. I wonder if binding my account to all platforms will prevent future hacks and if not, what steps I should take to ensure security.

Last Sunday, my account with ID [redacted]8 was hacked, and a VK account was added by the hacker. As a result, I can no longer use my account properly, and I am worried about spending money on Google Play. I kindly request the return of my account and the removal of the VK account. I cannot delete the account myself due to a changed region. Please verify the IPs, as I always use a Lithuanian IP address. It is evident that I am requesting contact through an email associated with Google Pay as I attempt to delete the third-party account linked to my Moonton account.

I received a notification in my email claiming I recently used the Switch Accounts feature, which I did not do. The name on my account was changed without my knowledge, and all my in-game currency and items were spent. I am requesting the return of my diamonds, battle points, fragments, and original name. Prior to the unauthorized changes, I had [redacted] diamonds, around [redacted] battle points, [redacted] blue fragments, [redacted] pink fragments, and [redacted] orange fragments. My original account name was Roses336. There were skins and heroes purchased on my account that I am willing to return for the lost diamonds and battle points. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a situation with a previous account purchase. The seller provided me with a Moonton bind account, and after requesting to unbind it, they claimed to have forgotten the Gmail and password. In my naivety, I assumed it would be easy to unbind without this information. However, I later discovered this was not the case. Now, after a year has passed, the seller has not returned, and the in-game name and other information on the account have been changed. It appears they have accessed it from their Moonton account. Is there a way to unbind their Moonton account without having their login details? I have invested significantly in this account, and I am hoping for a solution to this predicament.

Dear community, I urgently need assistance with a situation involving purchasing an account from a scammer some time ago. Initially, the account was a Moonton bind account, and I asked the seller to unbind it. Unfortunately, they claimed to have forgotten the associated Gmail and password. Naively, I thought I could easily unbind it myself. However, after attempting to do so, I learned that unbinding requires the Gmail and password information. Over a year has passed with no contact from the seller, but today I discovered that my account details, including the in-game name, had been changed. It appears the seller used the Moonton account that was binded previously, suggesting they may have regained access to the account. I have unsuccessfully tried to reach out to the seller again, and I suspect they may have changed their contact information. I'm from Pakistan and I have contacted the game's support with all the evidence and provided my battle ID. During a ranked match, my mobile network started reconnecting and the screen froze, causing severe lag that made it impossible to play. Despite not intending to go offline or be AFK, my mobile data issue led to a 10-point deduction in my credit score. Additionally, the lag made it seem like I was AFK, resulting in another 7-point credit score penalty. This has significantly impacted my ability to play ranked matches, and I am worried it will take me four days of continuous play to regain my lost 17 points. Hello Admin, I believe my account has been compromised. My in-game name is Ai Fuxi, with ID number [redacted]4 on server [redacted], as shown in the attached picture. This morning, on 16/07/[redacted] around 9:00 am, my smartphone was unexpectedly formatted, seemingly by someone who hacked into my Gmail account to reset my phone. The affected application on my phone is Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). Shortly after the format, I reinstalled the app, but I couldn't access my MLBB account through my Facebook link, which was previously connected. I then tried to log in with a Moonton account and noticed that a Facebook account I'm unfamiliar with had been linked and couldn't be unbound. I kindly request the admin's assistance in unbinding the unknown Facebook account and securing my MLBB account from future hacking attempts. Thank you.

Despite only having one kill and two deaths while covering the bot lane and assisting the team, I lost three credit points for perceived underperformance. I am perplexed as to why this penalty was imposed, as I was genuinely trying my best, even though I was still learning to play with Layla. I felt unfairly singled out for a mild negative performance warning. I only died twice while defending a turret, which I believe is not an accurate reflection of my overall gameplay.
