Hello MLBB team, I need help with my game ID [redacted]38 ([redacted]). I've tried reaching out in-game to support, but haven't received a response. My Facebook account connected to my game ID has been hacked. While my Moontoon and Game Center accounts are secure, I can no longer access my hacked Facebook account to disconnect it. The hackers accessed it from the Philippines. I receive the following error when trying to disconnect the Facebook account: "Dear Player, You're logging in on a new device or a new region. For your account security, Please contact Customer Service to continue." Please disconnect the Facebook account from game ID [redacted]38 and sign out all accounts from all devices. Thank you. I experienced repeated harassment from the grand master player LambMask. In a lobby, he called me a loser and belittled my winrate on Zilong, which was hurtful especially after surviving tornado threats in the USA. During the game, he continuously insulted me, making it hard to focus. He also hindered my progress by repeatedly stealing my jungle camps and interfered with my ability to play well. Despite my usual good performance, I never went 0-6 prior to this encounter. His disrespectful and toxic behavior, along with his friends reporting me for low performance, resulted in a temporary ban on my account. I feel violated and mistreated by his actions, making it difficult for me to enjoy the game. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken against him for his unacceptable behavior.

I have been playing Mobile Legends for over three years. Today, unfortunately, someone tricked me and hijacked my account. I am unable to log in as they deleted all my data through my Gmail. I request a serious investigation into this matter. If not resolved promptly, I may have to share negative feedback about this game. My in-game name is HydraJR. This morning, on April 26, [redacted], I reinstalled Mobile Legends. The app was installed automatically without any action from me, and it connected to my play apps and email. When I attempted to play, I discovered that someone else was logged in with a different Facebook account alongside my Moonton and Google Play Games accounts. I never linked my Facebook to the MLBB game. I am unable to remove the foreign account from my list without logging into the unknown Facebook account. The account ID is [redacted]9 ([redacted]), which was created years ago. However, a completely different player's heroes and progress, with the name of KING OF FTH and at level 29, appear under my account. Although I try to switch accounts, the strange foreign user's account keeps reappearing. I value my old and experienced account and wish to resolve this issue without losing it.

Every time I start playing MLBB, whether it's ranked, classic, or any mode, after selecting my hero, my game only loads up to 50 or 51%. Suddenly, the homepage reappears, and after reconnecting, it takes about 2 minutes to load completely. By the time I reload, my teammates have already entered the game and started playing. Due to this issue, I find myself standing at the base while others are leveling up and buffing their heroes. This delay puts me at a disadvantage, making it hard to catch up with opponents and teammates who have already progressed further. As a result, it often leads to defeat in the game, and I get blamed for it. I am frustrated with this ongoing bug.

I took a break from playing Mobile Legends for a few months, and I have always known that my account was linked to my Gmail. Today, I received a notification in Mobile Legends about my performance being marked as mildly negative. I was reported by other players for being "negative," which I find surprising as I rarely use the chat feature during games - only to request backup or retreat. My credit score dropped from [redacted] to [redacted], and I strongly believe this penalty is unjustified. I focus on gameplay rather than engaging in negative behavior. I request a review of my gameplay replays to verify that I have not been engaging in any negative behavior. I am concerned about the players who falsely reported me.

Yesterday, I upgraded my phone which resulted in losing all my data from the old phone. Forgetting my email password prevented me from accessing Facebook and subsequently caused trouble logging into my mobile account. Luckily, I recalled my Facebook password, saving my progress and purchases in the game. However, despite numerous attempts, I couldn't purchase diamonds for the affordable Lesley skin due to a warning about potential hacking. I have played a lot of MLBB and have many concerns to share, especially as a solo player. I know the challenges that come with playing alone, from different attitudes within the team to players going AFK. My main concern is the fairness of the team selection process. It seems like the system may not be truly random and doesn't consider potential cheating. I feel it's unfair when teams with higher win rates are consistently put together against my team with lower win rates. I believe that teams should be more balanced to ensure fair gameplay for everyone. It's disheartening to see the game become less enjoyable and feel like a waste of time. I hope the game developers can address these issues and prioritize the happiness of the players by creating a more equitable playing environment. NERF Hanzo please! It is frustrating how he can cross the entire map as his ghost. The instant retract ability is unfair. Perhaps stunning him for three times the duration he was in ghost or having the ghost kill him could balance things. Players invest in the game, and such mechanics can be off-putting. Your decisions may drive away players.

Since updating my Flare S7 Plus to Android 8.1.0, I've been unable to play a match without the game crashing on the loading screen. Although I have 3GB of RAM, the support team mentioned I only needed 1GB. Despite clearing my phone's data and reinstalling the game as recommended, the issue persists. Many users on the Google Play Store are experiencing similar problems, with the game crashing on the loading screen, especially on Flare S7 Plus with Android 8.1.0.
