The issue in GetHuman-ritablad's own words
We moved to a different apartment in the same complex. I called MCI & asked to transfer our phone service. They said it would take ** days. I told them I am disabled, have no other phone but the landline. They said ** days. Then they cancelled the order without telling me. This was *********. It is ********* and I still don't have a usable phone line. They have repeatedly lied about when the phone would be fixed. Seem to have just given up. They are a phone company, they should be able to connect a telephone line. They never follow up. The technicians they sent told us our phone isn't connected to the telephone pole. They wrote an order. They say four days. They say it's an easy fix. They say they have clearly marked our phone line. Then, nobody comes, or customer support says they don't see a problem and give up. A guy from Church has been calling them for us because we don't have a phone. I can't walk. I don't know anyone whose phone I can borrow. I don't want to change my phone. I just want it to work.
