I have received my new MBNA credit card and I want to make sure that the direct debit is set up properly. I had a letter from MBNA saying that payment would be taken on **th November, but I changed that online to **th as I prefer that date. However, there is no sign of the frequency of the direct debit ono my bank account - against BNA it says "unknown". I would like this sorted out please as I don't want to fall behind in my payments.
