The issue in GetHuman-jdalso's own words
Scheduled pick up for ride to airport was *:**-*:** am. At *:** app showed driver would arrive in ** minutes!!! It made two other stops before arriving. Very worried about making my plane - should have been at airport by the time I was picked up at home (*:**). Driver kept saying “not my fault”, “not my fault”. She did drive quickly and we barely made plane but shouldn’t have been so rushed. My husband has Alzheimer’s. Very stressful. I paid and even have tipped her but this is not acceptable going forward. I have been a Lyft customer for years but rethinking if this is the “new” Lyft.

GetHuman-jdalso did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
