I agreed to a charge of $**.** from home to a destination that was approximately ** miles away,after the driver getting lost and literally at times driving in circles I was dropped,my charge was more than three times the agreed on amount and my trip reflected *** miles. I contacted Lyft and I was told that the charges were correct and I would not receive a refund.So they steal money and call it a business model?
