I have sent the updated insurance card. My name isn’t on the insurance card. I am however on the insurance. So I sent an updated binder from insurance that shows I’m insured under the policy. It was rejected. What do I do? I sent the same information previous and was accepted. Nothing has changed with the policy.

GetHuman-redboneb did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
