Hi, my name is Adalberto Castillo. I have been driving for Lyft since March **** and even though I am not considered an essential worker, I have been driving people to work during the pandemic. The reason why I am writing this because my car got stolen on the **** and it was damaged, so now even though I got it back I’m not able to go back to work. I haven’t been working since they stole my car. It has been sitting at the shop while the insurance goes to take a look at it and tell me how much it is going to cost to fix it. However, before they can do anything I need to come up with the $**** Deductible that is why I need your help, I know that there might be people with bigger needs and I wish I could do this on my own, any help will be really appreciate it thank you. :) Update: I started to working about two weeks ago. I still have trouble making making enough money to pay off all of these fees. I’m contacting about the insurance, they don’t want to help me over the rest of the fees of the car alone. The car was completely working fine before it was stolen from me. All I ask if at least for valid reasons at to why they are denying to help me.
