I was picked by Lyft up from my home and dropped off ** minutes later at work that is ** miles away. This is my usual route and there seemed to be no issues. A look in my history will tell the route. Its never more than ** miles. When I went to leave a tip, I saw an additional **.** charged for time I was not even in the vehicle. ** minutes and ** miles to be precise. I did not ride **.* miles nor did I get out of the vehicle on a busy interstate. I disputed the charges but was denied.
