I was clearing my phone after a ride that it had started up for me to get another ride somewhere else. (the whole purpose of me clearing it .) I feel that I sgoukd not have to pay a cancellation fee because Sooon as it happen rhat i notice called the druver reported thw priblem abd of course she was more concerned with cancellation fee. Maybe if therw was a number that i could call lyft this coyld be avoided. Just like you all I need my little change. Maybe do as uber you have to put phonenumber in before usinf the app. Or would it be better If i just didn't go back and rate and add a tip push dobw and let it clear itself. Let meknow if Im gettibg my cancellation fee back and how much is it anyway.
