I had a terrible experience with this driver. I ordered a ride and didn't realize I needed to order an xl. It was myself my husband and our two boys. It is a ** degree day and I have heat stroke and needed to get home. The driver came out of his car saying that he is not taking us because he is not getting paid for it. Meanwhile he had a * seater vehicle. I asked him if it was okay to take us because the kids were extremely hot and I felt nauseous. He then went on saying that he paid for his car and i don't have a car. Also when I said I felt really sick he then went on saying its not his issue. He was extremely rude which resulted in a minor argument where he was swearing at us infront of my two kids. I also offered to give him more money aswell if he could just take us. There is absolutely no reason he should have acted the way he did. Any decent human would have just said no problem as he had the room in his car. We ended up having to wait another half hour for a car. I'm extremely upset and don't understand how someone could treat someone the way he did. Please get back to me
