Greetings.**This is the *th time I'm reaching out to customer service. Its frustrating when you need help and no one responds to your inquiry**I am a Flexdriver for Lyft and to my full understanding that when you are in Lyft mode your miles are not counted against you.**I understand that.**However, when you are using your personal miles it's counted.**I started off with ** personal miles on Tuesday (Monday I did not drive Lyft). At the end of my Lyft shift on Tuesday the personal miles jumped from ** to ** miles. I never drove an additional ** personal miles on Tuesday.**In addition, I have no idea why I have *** personal miles when I've only accumulated ** personal miles between Monday and Thursday. I don't drive much with my personal miles. It looked like yesterday I was being charged an additional miles while I was driving. As of today I'm up to *** personal miles. When I stopped driving in driver mode I was at *** personal miles. How is that when I started the driver mode app at *** personal miles directly from my house?**This app has not been accurate this week and I would like this adjusted.**Thank you.
