On ********** i took a Lyft ride from ****C Forest Parkway, Lake city, Ga to my place of residence ***, Governors Drive, Forest Park, Ga. The Lyft driver's Name is LISA. She drove a Hyundai Elantra. License plate Number RWL **** *r ****.*In the course of the drive i had observed that she was the over-bearing, bossy and overly assertive type.*first she missed her way when she came to pick me up. I had to call her and redirect her to the right location. Even as she answered the phone she sounded offended, but i thought i was being nice and helpful. Eventually she arrived and we proceeded on the ride. I then ask her if she could please stop at the grocery store so i can get my car keys from my wife. She yelled at me saying since i didn't add a stop she would take me directly to my destination.I pleaded with her to slow down a little so i can add the stop since we were very close to where my wife was. Eventually i was able to add the stop. When we got where my wife was I hurriedly got my car keys and was just about asking her what i may do do let my wife join me, when she engaged gear and drove off. She took a different exit gate than the one that is typically used when customers leave that grocery store and when i drew her attention to it i got another bout of uncomplimentary comments and i kept my cool.*Then she yelled at me to move over to the extreme- right of the back passenger seat and at that point i calmly opined that with her personality this job was a misfit for her. And she went on to holler about covid -** and why i can't sit behind her.*I quietly moved over as she demanded and kept my cool even as she continued to curse.*Just about **** feet to my house she made another wrong turn and i told her, at which point she insist that was the direction shown her by the GPS. I then told her that i could have allowed her to continue driving and when she gets there she would have to show me number ***. And i asked her if she trusted the GPS more than my own direction. She then said "**** your ******* mouth"" and i said "**** you, too" Thereafter she ordered me to get out of her car and i reminded her that i was close home and i was paying for the ride, but she continued cursing and threatening me. She cancelled the ride and vehemently insisted that i got off fast. I had to get out- in a hurry. In the process i forgot my phone in her car. I discovered my mistake shortly after she drove off and i ran after her hoping the traffic light would have stopped her at the intersection, but she was gone.*When i got home i used my son's phone to call my phone but my phone rang for 'forever'-Lisa refused to answer the call and refused to call me back on my son's phone. LISA GOT MY PHONE.*This is hoping she took the phone to LYFT office
