I requested a Lyft with poor signal as usual for my Tuesday work ride. I got a total waiting time of * minutes (which was kinda long as I didn't want to run late to work). You switch my driver * times and I got a driver I've had before taking me to the same place I always go and it took him the same amount of time to do it. Without my approval it cost $** more, and no promos where applied either. I want a refund for the difference in price from my usual ride.
