I scheduled a ride to the airport on the Lyft app * days ago for *am this morning (early flight). My app said my ride was confirmed. ** mins prior to 'scheduled' time I saw that "Abu" was dropping off a client and would arrive in ** mins at my house. (A little later than I hoped but would work) I also texted the driver to say I had a *am flight. ** minutes later, when "Abu" was supposed to be arriving in my driveway, I received a phone call from Abu telling me he had car trouble and to please cancel my request. NOW you tell me?** I almost missed my flight. Had to phone a family member at *:**am to rush me to the airport. Thank God they were able to help me.*Won't be using Lyft again. LAST TIME
