You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-amraleon's own words
One of your drivers called me and said he wasn't picking me up his name is Ahmed and he drives a Toyota Prius BQV****. I expected for my ride to be rerouted to someone else but is still has not it still shows he coming. So I called Ahmed at back and he says I'm not picking you up already told you that and and hangs up. All I was doing was calling to his have him cancel the ride on his end since he is the one canceling so that my ride could be rerouted to someone else I could get home. Can someone please reply back to me with how I can fix this issue so I can get home I cannot order another Lyft until this ride is canceled and I'm not canceling it from my end because it charges a cancellation fee and I'm not the one canceling the ride Ahmed is.
