********** I tried to hire a LYFT for a ride to Coleman Young Metro International Airport Detroit MI from Lenox MI . I was advised at site that no drivers could be found after repeated try’s I tried to cancel and could not find a way. Called my boss Steve Janci cell phone ****-***-**** and he found a LYFT to take me to the airport and was charged for that . Now after looking at my receipts I was charged $**.** which I assumed is a no show charge. On this charge there was no drivers name and no * digit confirmation code. No receipt was sent via email , but you did charge me though American Express charge now pending . Why couldn’t locate a driver when my boss , *** miles away , could ? Why was I charge twice for the same ride. I do not feel l was treated on fairly and would like this charge of $**.** to be withdrawn. I would like to express that one reasons I use LYFT is fair treatment this insurgent just mentioned is no way to treat a custom.
