I requested a Lyft and was stated a time of arrival. I then received a text indicating a changed in drivers. I never changed my location but the new driver seemed to be lost so I called the driver in order to guide them in the correct direction. The driver, Patricia, never answered her phone. I called an additional * times after initial call, still she did not pick up. I could see that the driver was nearby but not once did this driver answer her phone. I remained in plain sight looking for this driver whom seemed to be on some other GPS system. *The app indicated that the driver was looking for me, I again called to assist the driver as I could see her on the map and she went further away. Why? Do you not have the same GPS as I? After making several attempt in calling this driver, I am guessing she just left. I put in a request and the new driver came with no issue. **I am requesting a refund as this driver may have had some issue(s). Patricia did not answer the phone after multiple attempts made to contact her. I am not sure how or even who changes the driver, but she did not get me as she was not the original designated driver and in her lack of simply acknowledging my several attempts to contact her once she was in immediate range, caused me to be late for my appointment.**Riders should have some sort of recourse when you have drivers that really may not want to provide the service. A meaningful accountability should be implemented, outside of rating a driver.*Lately the drivers that I have encountered are rude and disrespectful. I get the fact that it's
