I have noticed that my app does not allow me to call or text drivers. Nor can they call or text me. It will say I missed a call from them when it never rings and it will not let me call them. Instead I get a generic lyft message. This ***** because I then have to dispute a cancellation fee and I end up losing money. If I decide to leave work and catch a lyft to the bus stop which is not close to my job. Then I expect to get on my first lyft ride and not miss it. Not be stuck cancelling, frustrated and disputing charges only to have to wait a whole other hour for the bus in the elements. I could just choose to stay at work and make extra money if I am going to miss my bus. Please fix this. It is really annoying and I have already complained MULTIPLE times.
