Twice today the drivers did not know where they were going*If you are in area you don’t know the gps is just one tool*If they had it on their phone and looked exactly what businesses are close by they would find*GPS is not perfect and is misleading*I had to get on phone with * to tell them where to go to find a Walgreens where son was and the name of clinic was in notes but they couldn’t find*I also put in notes and texted *I could see they weren’t there*Then they say they are and if you don’t show up I get charged and they leave*The deaf guy was a different subject*Never had trouble with anyone coming to gate to pick up my son*He said it was too much for him freaked out *You need to hire people that know gps isn’t correct and get people that speak English*Thank goodness the ones I called listened to me to be able to get them to right place*This is very stressful to do*I’ll be trying Uber next time******@***.com
