I reserved an airport pick up at LaGuardia. The driver's phone number is ***-***-****. When he arrives he calls to ask which terminal we were in. We had such a difficult time understanding him due to his heavy accent. We hoped he understood that we were in Terminal D. I then proceed to text him our exact location of where we were standing. He texted me back that he was in Terminal B and asked if I was coming. I called him back and handed the phone to a Port Authority officer hoping he could help us communicate that when a customer pays for car service, you don't tell the customer to meet you. Instead you provide the best service to your customers by making sure that you drive to their location. Not even once did he consider that we were two women with heavy suit cases. To make matters worse, he was demanding that we go out of our way to get to his location, Terminal B. I have the text messages and would be happy to share them with you. When I requested that he cancel my reservation, he told me I had to cancel the reservation. This was the first time I ever used you and plan to post this message on LinkedIn, FaceBook and Instagram so my family, friends and work colleagues never use your service again. I will check my online credit card tomorrow and hope that I do not get a cancellation fee charged on my card. In the event this should occur, I will make additional post to social media. I have never encountered a company who claims to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation. Yet your driver's actions did not display your strong execution about humanity and integrity statement. I recommend that you post a customer service number an email address on your website as it was difficult to find this information on lyft.com. Finally, I strongly suggest that you train your employees based on your organization's mission statement.
