App said driver had arrived when he wasn't at the location. I called Driver. He said he was there but was not. Driver hung up and cancelled the ride.

I had a ride scheduled a ride with Ponciano: (License *JWL***). I listed the exact pick up address on the app. When a text arrived stating that he had arrived, but wasn't there, I called him. *He told me he was at the location. I told him he wasn't and asked where he was. He said he was at a bus stop. I said he wasn't at the bus stop near my location. Was he across the street at a different bus stop? He said was at a bus stop. I told him the address again and said there were no cars on the block I was at. He hung up. I then got the notice from Lyft that he'd cancelled the ride. Clearly he had not been at the address, he was not honest about it, and after waiting for him, I had to schedule another ride. **Every Lyft driver has been terrific until Ponciano, and the driver I got after him, Patricia, was also excellent.**The only suggestion I have re: "fixing" the situation is for management to talk with that driver about how to treat customers. My only other thought is that perhaps he doesn't speak English well and couldn't handle the situation. *Thank you for your attention to this matter.
